Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, flour, granulated sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Set aside one-third of the crust mixture and press the remaining two-thirds into the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar, followed by eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture on top. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
  6. Cool bars at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
