  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar Coconut sugar as alternative
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar White vinegar can work
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper Essential for seasoning
  • for garnish Toasted Sesame Seeds and Chopped Scallions Adds texture and visual appeal
For the Creamy Spicy Mayo Dip
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Use Greek yogurt for a lighter version
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Lemon juice can be substituted
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Maple syrup for a vegan alternative

Method
 

Meatball Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Dip Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, gochujang, lime juice, and honey until smooth.
  2. Let the meatballs cool for a few minutes before garnishing with sesame seeds and scallions.
