Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Slice two pieces of sourdough bread, about 1 inch thick, and set aside.
  2. On one slice of bread, layer the cheddar cheese and spread kimchi on top. Cover with the second slice.
  3. Melt butter and spread it on the outer sides of the sandwich.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the sandwich for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Remove from the fryer, allow to cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
