Step-by-Step Instructions
- Slice two pieces of sourdough bread, about 1 inch thick, and set aside.
- On one slice of bread, layer the cheddar cheese and spread kimchi on top. Cover with the second slice.
- Melt butter and spread it on the outer sides of the sandwich.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the sandwich for 10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove from the fryer, allow to cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
