Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to the broiler setting.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until mixed.
  3. Lightly oil your hands and roll the mixture into meatballs about the size of a quarter, aiming for around 15 meatballs.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and cook the meatballs for 6-8 minutes until browned on all sides.
  5. Remove meatballs and prepare the sauce by adding heavy cream, grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; stir until thickened.
  6. Return the meatballs to the skillet and coat each in the sauce.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the broiler for 2-3 minutes for a light browning on top.
