- Preheat your oven to the broiler setting.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, egg, salt, black pepper, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until mixed.
- Lightly oil your hands and roll the mixture into meatballs about the size of a quarter, aiming for around 15 meatballs.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, add oil, and cook the meatballs for 6-8 minutes until browned on all sides.
- Remove meatballs and prepare the sauce by adding heavy cream, grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; stir until thickened.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet and coat each in the sauce.
- Transfer the skillet to the broiler for 2-3 minutes for a light browning on top.
