Step-by-Step Instructions for Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cheese, coconut flour, and eggs to create a dough. Mix until cohesive and slightly sticky (3-4 minutes).
  3. Lightly flour your work surface with coconut flour, transfer the dough and roll it out to 1/4 inch thick. Cut into circles or rectangles.
  4. Cook the beef in a skillet over high heat for 3-4 minutes until browned. Season, stir in cream cheese until melted and combined.
