- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, panko breadcrumbs, Musselman’s apple butter, chopped cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika, kosher salt, and ground pepper. Gently mix the ingredients until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a large burger patty, about 3/4 inch thick. Place the patties on a parchment-lined tray and set aside.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat or heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Add the patties and cook for 8-10 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
