  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Finely chop 1 cup of pepperoncini and 1 medium tomato, then stir into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Lay out the large flour tortillas and evenly spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle 3 chopped romaine lettuce leaves over the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Layer 3 slices of provolone cheese, 12 slices each of hard salami and ham in the center, then scatter pepperoni slices on top.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly from the top, tucking in the filling, and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  7. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  8. Once chilled, trim the ends and slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch sections to serve.
