  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine 1 cup mashed overripe bananas with 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter until smoothly mixed.
  3. Mix in 3/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar, then add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, blending until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt. Fold this dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Add 2/3 cup chocolate chips, gently folding them into the batter without over-mixing.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
