Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by melting your chocolate chips for the Strawberry Chocolate bites. Use a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and glossy, about 1-2 minutes total.
  2. Once your chocolate is melted, grab a non-stick muffin tin. Pour approximately one tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each muffin cup, using the back of a spoon to ensure an even layer.
  3. Rinse and dry your fresh strawberries thoroughly, then slice each strawberry to fit nicely into the muffin cups. Place one slice into each chocolate-filled cup.
  4. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator. Chill for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set and is firm to the touch.
  5. Once the chocolate bites are set, remove the tin from the refrigerator. Sprinkle your chopped nuts generously over the top of each chocolate-filled cup.
  6. Finally, pop the bites out of the muffin tin and arrange them on a serving platter.
