Preparation Steps
- Begin by melting your chocolate chips for the Strawberry Chocolate bites. Use a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth and glossy, about 1-2 minutes total.
- Once your chocolate is melted, grab a non-stick muffin tin. Pour approximately one tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each muffin cup, using the back of a spoon to ensure an even layer.
- Rinse and dry your fresh strawberries thoroughly, then slice each strawberry to fit nicely into the muffin cups. Place one slice into each chocolate-filled cup.
- Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator. Chill for about 20-30 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set and is firm to the touch.
- Once the chocolate bites are set, remove the tin from the refrigerator. Sprinkle your chopped nuts generously over the top of each chocolate-filled cup.
- Finally, pop the bites out of the muffin tin and arrange them on a serving platter.
