- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise but keep them attached on one side.
- Spread a generous layer of butter on the inside of each roll.
- Toast the hoagie rolls in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes.
- Grill the chicken tenders for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Place the hot grilled chicken tenders inside the toasted hoagie rolls.
- Layer two slices of crispy bacon and a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
- Return the sandwiches to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Drizzle ranch dressing generously over the melted cheese.
- Top with crispy dill pickle chips and serve warm.
