- In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, dill pickle relish, and ketchup. Stir until smooth and refrigerate.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and add butter. Once melted, add sliced onions, Worcestershire sauce, and red wine vinegar. Cook for about 20 minutes until caramelized.
