Preparation
- Combine ground pork, kimchi, onion, garlic, and ginger in a mixing bowl.
- Add soy sauce, rice wine, egg, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.
Wrapping
- Lay out dumpling wrappers and keep wet edges for sealing with water.
- Fill each wrapper with a tablespoon of filling and seal tightly.
Cooking
- Pan-fry dumplings in vegetable oil until golden brown, then add water and steam covered for 5-7 minutes.
- Optionally, boil dumplings in water until they float, about 5-7 minutes.
Serving
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
