  • 1 cup Crushed Tomatoes Fresh tomatoes can be used for a vibrant twist
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Paste Mix well with crushed tomatoes

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray a light coat of olive oil into the pan, then add the lean ground beef, cooking for about 5 minutes.
  2. Once the beef is browned, stir in the chopped pepperoni along with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Next, add the crushed tomatoes and tomato paste to the beef mixture. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Once the filling has cooled slightly, prepare your wraps and spoon a proper amount of the beef and pepperoni mixture in the center.
  5. To form the rolls, fold the sides of each wrap over the filling, roll tightly from the bottom, and seal with a dab of water.
  6. Spray the tops lightly with olive oil. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and bake or air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow the rolls to cool for a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce.
