Cooking Instructions

  2. Sear the Steak: In a large skillet, heat olive oil, season the steak, and sear for 3-5 minutes each side until golden-brown. Remove and let it rest.
  3. Prepare the Cream Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Make the Cream Sauce: Add heavy cream and whole milk, simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Whisk in the Cheese: Gradually add Parmesan cheese while whisking until melted and smooth.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Return sliced steak and drained tortellini to the skillet, toss to coat in sauce, heating for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve and Garnish: Serve hot, garnished with parsley, cracked pepper, and red pepper flakes.
