Preparing the Salmon
- Thaw the salmon fillet and pat dry with paper towels. In a saucepan, combine garlic, butter, and honey over low heat. Simmer for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Line a baking tray with foil and place the salmon skin-side down. Pour the honey glaze over and season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap the salmon loosely with foil. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil to broil for 7-10 minutes until caramelized.
