  • 1 cup Diced Onion or shallots for milder flavor
  • 1 tsp Salt adjust for low-sodium diets
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic as substitute
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese or mozzarella for a different twist
For Serving
  • 1/4 cup Sugar-free Ketchup or mustard for a tangy alternative
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley or any fresh herbs you love

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan with grease or parchment paper.
  2. Cut cheddar cheese into small, evenly-sized cubes and set aside to come to room temperature.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, diced onion, salt, and garlic powder. Mix gently.
  4. Fold in the cheddar cheese cubes into the meat mixture until evenly distributed.
  5. Transfer the meat mixture into the prepared baking pan and shape it into a loaf form.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 50–60 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with ketchup and parsley.
