  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries do not thaw

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the softened butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add granulated and brown sugar, and beat until creamy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat until combined and smooth.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in blueberries and any optional add-ins carefully.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden and centers look set.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
