Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Fairlife skim milk Can substitute with regular skim milk for a similar result.
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk Other plant-based milks can be used as substitutes.
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder Any vanilla-flavored protein powder can replace it.
  • 1 packet Sugar-free vanilla jello pudding mix Can be omitted for a simpler version.
  • 1 tbsp Monk fruit sweetener Alternative sweeteners like stevia can also be used.
  • 1 pinch Salt Can be adjusted to taste.
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips Swap with carob chips for a different flavor.
  • 1 cup Mini peanut butter cups Use chopped chocolate or other nut butter treats for variation.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a Ninja Creami pint container, combine Fairlife skim milk, unsweetened almond milk, vanilla protein powder, sugar-free vanilla jello pudding mix, monk fruit sweetener, and a pinch of salt. Mix these ingredients thoroughly until well combined, ensuring you don’t exceed the max fill line.
  2. Once your base mixture is well blended, place the pint container in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
  3. Before processing the frozen mixture, remove the pint container from the freezer. Run warm water over the outside of the pint for about 60 seconds to slightly soften the edges.
  4. Insert the softened pint container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the Lite Ice Cream function. Allow the machine to process for about 2–3 minutes.
  5. While the ice cream is being processed, place your dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  6. Create a small hole in the center of the freshly spun Moose Tracks Protein Ice Cream using a spoon. Gently add mini peanut butter cups and drizzle the prepared melted chocolate into the hole.
  7. After mixing, spoon the Moose Tracks Protein Ice Cream into serving bowls or cones.
