- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine creamed corn, whole kernel corn, melted butter, honey, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, cornbread mix, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully blended.
- Transfer the corn mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 40 to 45 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set.
- In the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle additional grated Parmesan cheese on top and return to oven.
- Once baked, remove from oven and let it cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
