Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the diced peaches until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Mix powdered sugar, melted butter, diced peaches, and vanilla extract for the glaze until smooth.
  9. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled bread and let it set before slicing.
