  2. Prepare the shrimp by marinating with olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Grill romaine heads for about 1-2 minutes per side until charred; grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Construct the salad by mixing the grilled romaine, shrimp, corn, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado in a large bowl.
  5. Make the vinaigrette by whisking together honey, mustard, and vinegar; drizzle in olive oil while whisking.
