- Cook noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add beef strips, searing for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and add onion, cooking for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Stir in minced garlic for another minute.
