- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
- Layer seven sheets of phyllo dough in the prepared baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the phyllo base and top with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each layer with butter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool, drizzle with honey, sprinkle sesame seeds, slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
