Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with melted butter.
  2. Layer seven sheets of phyllo dough in the prepared baking dish, brushing each with melted butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together semolina flour, eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the filling over the phyllo base and top with remaining phyllo sheets, brushing each layer with butter.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until top is golden brown and bubbly.
