Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Combine yogurt, sugar, eggs, orange zest, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Toss cranberries in a tablespoon of flour and fold them into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Combine orange juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stir until sugar dissolves, then simmer to thicken.
