Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the chicken and cut it into bite-sized pieces, then toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Cut baby potatoes in half, toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Mix paprika, poultry seasoning, and black pepper together, then sprinkle onto chicken and potatoes.
  5. Spread seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes until tender and golden.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken, and sauté for 7-10 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, stir until the butter melts.
  8. Fold in roasted potatoes and wing sauce, top with mozzarella, cover and let sit on low heat for about 5 minutes.
