  2. In a large pot, boil 4 quarts of water and add halved baby red potatoes. Cook for about 10 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Add corn and kielbasa to the pot, stir and boil for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add peeled shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the pot's contents carefully and transfer to a serving dish or newspaper-covered table.
  6. Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic and thyme, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Drizzle the garlic butter over the shrimp boil or serve it on the side.
