Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on your garlic bread package, typically around 425°F (220°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add your ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until it’s browned.
- Stir in the condensed tomato soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion powder, salt, and garlic powder. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
- Place the garlic bread slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove the garlic bread once baked and spoon about ¼ to ⅓ cup of the sloppy joe mixture onto each slice.
- Sprinkle approximately 2 tablespoons of shredded Colby Jack cheese over each slice and return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Once the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving.
