  • 1 cup Burger Sauce for drizzling over tacos
For Frying
  • 2 tablespoons Oil for frying

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat a griddle or large cast iron skillet over medium heat, adding a light drizzle of oil to coat the surface. Let it warm for 5 minutes until hot.
  2. Take a 3-ounce portion of ground beef and smash it down onto a flour tortilla to form a thin patty.
  3. Lift the tortilla with the smashed beef into the hot skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Flip using a spatula.
  4. Sprinkle cheese over the beef patty once flipped and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half over the beef and cheese, pressing gently with a spatula. Cook for another minute.
  6. Turn the taco over and fry for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the fried tacos from the skillet and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve immediately with toppings.
