  • 2 tablespoons Low-Sodium Soy Sauce coconut aminos as alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil optional
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated Sugar omit for strict keto diet
For Garnishing
  • 2 stalks Green Onions sliced
  • to taste tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and sauté for about 5 minutes until browned.
  2. Season with salt and pepper, then add the diced onion and grated carrot. Sauté for an additional 5-7 minutes until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to let it brown.
  4. Add the cabbage, ground ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and granulated sugar, stirring to combine. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage wilts but remains crisp.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
