  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Milk can be a lighter alternative.
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce Homemade preferred.
For the Cheesy Filling
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese works as a substitute.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Use fresh for best results.
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping Panko for extra crunch.
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes Optional for heat.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley For garnish.
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper Adjust according to taste.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Soak no-boil noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Cook shrimp until pink, then fold in crab meat and seasonings.
  5. Combine ricotta, half Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream in a bowl.
  6. Layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, seafood mixture, and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  9. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
