Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced sausage, cubed sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets. Toss together.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the glaze over the sausage and veggie mixture, tossing to coat thoroughly.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, let cool for a couple of minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
