Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your puff pastry to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard across the rolled-out pastry.
  4. Layer slices of deli ham evenly over the mustard.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top of the ham.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly into a log shape, seal the edges, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Slice the rolled pastry into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
  8. Arrange the sliced pinwheels on the lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
