  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise homemade avocado oil mayo recommended
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Pickle Juice to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Milk add as needed for consistency
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill optional, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the dressing by blending cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and pickle juice until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta, sliced Polish ham, chopped dill pickles, and green onions. Pour the dressing over and fold gently until coated.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions and dill before serving.
