Preparation Instructions
- Prepare the Falooda Mix by following the package instructions, mixing with warm whole milk, and allow to cool until thickened.
- Soak the basil seeds in water for 30 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Place the syruped rasgullas in ice water to keep cool until ready to use.
- Layer rasgullas, vanilla ice cream, red vegetarian jelly, cocktail fruits, and fresh fruits in serving bowls.
- Sprinkle with slivered almonds and ground pistachios, then add soaked basil seeds.
- Drizzle fragrant red rose syrup over the top of the layered dessert.
- Chill the assembled dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful combination of flavors in every bite.
