Preparation Instructions
  1. Prepare the Falooda Mix by following the package instructions, mixing with warm whole milk, and allow to cool until thickened.
  2. Soak the basil seeds in water for 30 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  3. Place the syruped rasgullas in ice water to keep cool until ready to use.
  4. Layer rasgullas, vanilla ice cream, red vegetarian jelly, cocktail fruits, and fresh fruits in serving bowls.
  5. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and ground pistachios, then add soaked basil seeds.
  6. Drizzle fragrant red rose syrup over the top of the layered dessert.
  7. Chill the assembled dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
