- Add the large egg and ube extract, beating vigorously until well combined.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour and cornstarch, gently folding them in until just combined.
- Incorporate the salt and white chocolate chips, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the center has a slight wobble but is set around the edges.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before slicing.
