  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice until fully combined.

  3. Wash the fruits, peel and segment the mandarin oranges, and chop the gala and opal apples into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Slice the kiwis and bananas and add them to a large mixing bowl.
  5. Add the pomegranate arils and gently toss the mixture together.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the combined fruits and gently fold it in until well coated.
