For the Shells
  • 12 pieces Frozen Phyllo Tart Shells Keep frozen until use.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook lean ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and undrained diced tomatoes & green chiles. Cook for 5 minutes until well combined.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Mix until smooth, then fold in the beef mixture.
  5. Fill phyllo tart shells with the taco mixture and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes for fresh shells, or 10-13 minutes for frozen shells, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with dips like guacamole or pico de gallo.
