Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 8 oz of softened cream cheese and 1 cup of creamy peanut butter. Blend with an electric mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in 1 cup of mini Reese’s Pieces, 1/2 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup of crushed peanut butter cups using a spatula.
  3. Form the mixture into a large ball, ensuring it's compact and shaped well. Use plastic wrap to prepare for chilling.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Mix together 1/2 cup of additional mini Reese's Pieces, 1/4 cup of mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, and 1/2 cup of crushed peanut butter cups in a shallow dish.
  6. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture until fully covered.
