- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the well-drained chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg yolk.
- Unroll the crescent rolls, cut each triangular piece in half, and lay them out flat.
- Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each crescent triangle and fold them over.
- Brush the tops of the sealed crescent rolls with beaten egg white.
