Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the well-drained chopped spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and egg yolk.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls, cut each triangular piece in half, and lay them out flat.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each crescent triangle and fold them over.
  5. Brush the tops of the sealed crescent rolls with beaten egg white.
  6. Place on the lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
