Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and white sugar. Stir until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into 10 mini dessert glasses and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes to set.
  2. In a clean bowl, beat the cream cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Divide the filling into two equal halves. If desired, add green food coloring to one half. Use a piping bag to alternate filling the mini glasses with both mixtures.
  4. Refrigerate the filled glasses for at least 2 hours, until the filling is firm.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream, lime zest, and additional graham cracker crumbs before serving.
