  1. Start by making your honey garlic sauce if you're opting for homemade; combine garlic, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and a touch of oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add your cooked and diced chicken breasts. Pour in the honey garlic sauce and buffalo wing sauce. Gently mix until the chicken is coated with the sauces.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce with ranch dressing, tossing to ensure every leaf is lightly coated.
  4. Once the romaine is dressed, divide it evenly onto serving plates or bowls.
  5. Top your lettuce with diced red onion, red bell pepper, and cucumber, distributing them evenly.
