  • 4 oz Cream Cheese use equal parts to goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp Honey for natural sweetness
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest for brightness

  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries or dried cherries or chopped dried apricots
  • 1 cup Pecans or walnuts or almonds
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley finely chopped

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine finely chopped dried cranberries, toasted pecans, and freshly chopped parsley. Mix thoroughly.
  2. In a larger mixing bowl, add softened goat cheese and cream cheese, then drizzle in the honey and sprinkle the lemon zest. Blend until smooth.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or your hands, portion out the cheese mixture and shape into balls.
  4. Roll each cheese ball in the cranberry-pecan-parsley mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Arrange the cheese balls on a tray, cover loosely, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick into the center of each cheese ball before serving.
