Method

Make the Pudding
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl or lidded jar, pour in 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk. Add ½ cup of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  2. If using a jar, securely cover with a lid and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Ensure all ingredients combine well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow chia seeds to swell. Stir gently to break any clumps.
  4. For the best results, leave to set for an additional 8 hours or overnight.
  5. Scoop into bowls or jars for serving. Personalize with toppings like tart cherries, blueberries, or chopped nuts, and drizzle with extra maple syrup if desired.
  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
