Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, crushed Oreo cookies (with fillings removed), cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
- Preheat a grill or non-stick skillet over medium heat around 350°F. Add oil or spray to prevent sticking.
- Cook each patty for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- While patties cook, slice and toast buns cut-side down for 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned.
- Assemble sliders by placing each patty on the bottom half of the bun and adding your choice of toppings.
- Serve immediately while warm, pairing with fries or salad.

Notes
Ensure to remove all fillings from Oreo cookies to maintain the desired texture in patties. Shape patties to optimize cooking and use a meat thermometer for safety.
