  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk for icing consistency

Method
 

Cinnamon Roll Preparation
  1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, water, and egg; mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.
  4. Mix Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling until smooth.
  5. Roll the risen dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle and spread the Biscoff filling evenly over it.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
  7. Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Prepare the icing by mixing cream cheese, Biscoff, powdered sugar, and vanilla, adding milk as needed for consistency.
  10. Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls.
