Cinnamon Roll Preparation
- Combine warm milk, yeast, and a pinch of sugar; let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, and salt. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, water, and egg; mix until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Let it rise in a greased bowl for about 1 hour.
- Mix Biscoff cookie butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the filling until smooth.
- Roll the risen dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle and spread the Biscoff filling evenly over it.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into 12 equal pieces. Place in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes while preheating the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare the icing by mixing cream cheese, Biscoff, powdered sugar, and vanilla, adding milk as needed for consistency.
- Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls.
