Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until mixed. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
  2. Lower the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C). Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Fold in vanilla and mashed bananas. Pour filling over the crust.
  3. Bake the cheesecake for 50–60 minutes until slightly jiggles in the center but is set around the edges. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together instant banana pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Spread over the chilled cheesecake. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with fresh banana slices and crushed graham crackers. Serve immediately or chill longer before serving.
