Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted unsalted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl until mixed. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden. Let cool.
- Lower the oven temperature to 325°F (163°C). Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Fold in vanilla and mashed bananas. Pour filling over the crust.
- Bake the cheesecake for 50–60 minutes until slightly jiggles in the center but is set around the edges. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- In a bowl, whisk together instant banana pudding mix and cold milk until thick. Spread over the chilled cheesecake. Top with whipped cream.
- Garnish with fresh banana slices and crushed graham crackers. Serve immediately or chill longer before serving.

Notes
For best texture, use full-fat ingredients and allow cooling time before adding toppings.
