Cooking Steps
- Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips, roughly 1-inch wide. In a bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss chicken strips in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3–5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place seasoned chicken strips inside without overcrowding. Cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove chicken strips from the air fryer and let them rest. Lay out whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface, then layer spinach, mozzarella, and chicken strips. Roll tightly.
- Spray the assembled wraps with olive oil spray and place seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes until crispy and golden. Keep an eye on them.
- Let wraps cool slightly before slicing in half. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
