Method
 

Crock Pot Instructions
  1. Begin by greasing a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray to ensure nothing sticks during cooking.
  2. Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the greased slow cooker.
  3. Pour chicken broth evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are submerged slightly.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on the high setting for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the lid and use two forks to shred the chicken.
  6. Add the cubed cream cheese to the shredded chicken mixture and stir gently.
  7. Stir in half of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, half the crumbled bacon, and half the sliced green onions.
  8. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon, then cover the slow cooker for 5-10 minutes.
  9. Once melted, serve your Crock Pot Crack Chicken immediately, either on hamburger or slider buns or with crackers.
