Crock Pot Instructions
- Begin by greasing a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray to ensure nothing sticks during cooking.
- Place the boneless skinless chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the greased slow cooker.
- Pour chicken broth evenly over the chicken breasts, ensuring they are submerged slightly.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on the high setting for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours.
- Once cooked, remove the lid and use two forks to shred the chicken.
- Add the cubed cream cheese to the shredded chicken mixture and stir gently.
- Stir in half of the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, half the crumbled bacon, and half the sliced green onions.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon, then cover the slow cooker for 5-10 minutes.
- Once melted, serve your Crock Pot Crack Chicken immediately, either on hamburger or slider buns or with crackers.
