  5. While the wings are baking, prepare the honey glaze by melting unsalted butter in a saucepan. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and zest, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  6. Once the wings are done, transfer them to a mixing bowl and pour the glaze over, tossing to coat.
