Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- In a large mixing bowl, add chicken wings and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt. Toss to coat.
- Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- While the wings are baking, prepare the honey glaze by melting unsalted butter in a saucepan. Stir in honey, lemon juice, and zest, and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
- Once the wings are done, transfer them to a mixing bowl and pour the glaze over, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.
