For the Filling
  • 4 slices bacon Cook until crispy.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 1 cup lettuce Iceberg or romaine.
  • 1 medium tomato Fresh, opt for Roma.
For the Wrap
  • 2 large flour tortillas 10-inch size.
For the Dressing
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing Use a dairy-free version if desired.

Preparation
  1. Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds or in a skillet for 30 seconds per side.
  2. On each tortilla, layer ½ cup of crispy chicken strips, 2 slices of bacon, shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to secure the filling.
  4. Optionally, toast the wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden.
  5. Slice the wraps diagonally and serve warm, optionally with extra ranch dressing.
